Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale concern the offer and sale of products on the website www.noatronic.com/shop owned, launched and maintained by: Noatronic ApS
www.noatronic.com/shop is open 24/7 all year. Please note, that the shop and the website might temporarily be down for maintenance.
In the checkout process you will need to fill in your details; like your name, shipping address etc. You can check the products and total amount during check out. When you have entered your informations and are complete with your orders you have made a binding offer for the purchase of the items you have chosen.
At this stage your order is still subject to our acceptance. When we have accepted your order, we will obtain an authorisation from your credit card company or PayPal for the amount on the order.
Directly after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
We ship worldwide with a low flat rate.
If your items are in stock your order is normally shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days form receiving your order. Most of our shipments are handled by DHL, PostNord or GLS.
When your order is packed and on its way, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.
Shipping time: Please note that the listed duration is only an estimated delivery time.
From place of order til delivery you should expect 7-14. Please note that local customs policies may affect shipping time when shipping outside Denmark.
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Contact us and we will help you: firstname.lastname@example.org
If your order has been shipped from our warehouse you can not cancel your order. The order will be shipped to you, and you will have to handle it as normal return.
You can change the shipping address on your order if it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.
If your order has been sent from our warehouse you cannot change the shipping address or the contents on your order. The order will be sent to the original address, and you will have to handle it as normal return if you have changes. Contact us and we will help you: email@example.com.
You may change your mind within 14 days of receiving your items. You have to notify us before the 14 days if you want to return your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to return a product.
Feel free to try the gear and return it in undamaged condition within the 14 days to get a complete refund (except shipping charges).
We understand that the Onboard Expression Controller needs to be soldered into the guitar leaving solder on the connections when uninstalled. This is OK.
If we accept your return order as valid and the product can be re-sold as new, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping charges for the items that you return to us. But we do not cover the return shipping cost. The refund will be paid back to the credit card (or method of payment) used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification of your wish to return the order. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse.
Let us know if you have trouble following the requirements of return – we do want to help you out the best we can.
How to return an item
– Notify by email on email@example.com within 14 days after receiving your order.
– Send items in the original packaging back to us within 14 days after receiving your order.
– Send a notice on paper and put it together with the product you want to return. And do also send a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org.
– The notice shall contain your name, address, e-mail address, order number. We would like if you included a reason for the return as well.
– Note that the return shipment cost must be paid by you, and is not covered by us.
– You will receive your refund within 14 days after we have received the product at our warehouse.
– If the products are not received in their original packaging or in a damaged condition, a deduction might be made. The deduction can be similar to the decrease of the value of the products or 100 % if it’s broken. Normal wear is expected due to the “try first policy”

The shipping costs for returning an order are not covered by us, and must be paid by you, and must also be arranged by yourself.
The items you want to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Damage done while returning / shipping the product to our warehouse is your responsibility. Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes, as this will affect the value of the product, and thus our possibility to resell the item. Make sure the product’s original packaging is intact. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back.
Damaged or faulty products

If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us at: email@example.com
If you send us an e-mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number. Do also include picture(s) if there is something wrong. You are entitled to give notice of defects for a period of 24 months. If something is wrong with the product, your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible from the time that you notice the problem. The claim will only be considered as eligible if the item’s defect is not caused by either misuse of the product or other injurious behaviour. You must make the complain within reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you file your complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely. You can either have a new product sent, a discount or return the product for a refund. This will be decided from case to case. If you send back damaged or faulty items please se info about how to return an item. If your claim is valid we will of course cover your shipping expenses for returning the item to us, remember to provide us with documentation for your expenses.
The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent (any further) damage to the products or boxes. And please keep receipts and tracking codes as a proof of sending the items back.
Vat, customs and import duties
If your delivery country charges customs or import duties – these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. This also applies to the purchase of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and import charges and we cannot inform you how much they will be before you order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that local VAT and customs duties might will apply upon receiving your package. For EU customers all product prices, other services as shipping cost include tax (VAT).
Any dispute arising between a customer and Noatronic ApS will be settled in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
